It's weird. My pants seem to be fitting a bit looser but the scale is not reflecting weight or body fat loss. I'm still bouncing around between 166-169 # & 41-42% body fat. My scale must be broken (ha-ha) :P
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can lose fat and not see the scale move for a while. It will eventually catch up. Make sure you are tracking honestly. Drink your water. Get enough protein and fiber.
