I broke through my 2 week plateau. Intermittent fasting, protein shake suppliment, chicken, beans, greens, and fruit, along with walking 10 miles and riding my bike 50 miles, got the job done finally! 4.7 lbs over the past week.
124.8 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
