I'm really enjoying this challenge and have found myself planning to walk the dogs and when I find myself just sitting around, I say "What am I doing sitting here on my ass?" Then I get up and go do something, even its only a walk around the yard.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

In time even little bits of walking will add up, but try to walk a mile or two or more and build up to it and it should help... have a great week ahead...
