this is what I waited at the doctor's office. I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt and sneakers. I knew I hadn't done well over Christmas holiday. it's just so frustrating because I work my ass off to try to lose weight all the time and I struggle to eat out a pound here in a pound there, but just one week of eating suboptimally and I can put pounds on and wipe out weeks or even months worth of hard work.
139.8 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
