I find it hard to believe that I dropped 12 lb in a week. However, I don't know how accurate my home scale is versus the doctor's office scale, which is where I got my last reading. I know I gained some weight because I went off the rails on christmas. I weighed myself the same way as I got weighed in the doctor's office. jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers. also, I had my wallet and my phone in my pocket. previously, I had been weighing myself in just my underpants. I think I will continue to do jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers because that's what I weigh normally when I'm living life.
134.6 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
