The part of weight loss I hate the most. Watching the scale go the wrong direction. I have to remember that the goal is health not weight. I have continue to eat reasonably well, smaller portions, more vegetables, lots of water, and exercise. The day before I was 226.8 and today it was 227.6. My hope is that it is muscle weight but I feel that is unlikely. Then again I couldn't do 10 push ups at a time and last night I was able to knock out 42 before stopping. So I am hoping it is muscle or maybe its just a BM that needs to work its way out..... Anyway I got to an unused belt loop this morning!!
