Last night's dinner may have blown my diet a bit, but I felt like I was losing too fast. So 6 air fried wings with homemade sauce, a large salad, and finished off the last of my Mom's pecan bars.

Something else I am trying to incorporate into my habits is to try to do 50 pushups a day.
102.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

That is wisdom. It is important to lose weight at a comfortable safe pace. Sometimes you need to eat a little more. It is a life long process not a sprint to the finish.
