decided to to restrict what i can eat bit rather how much i can. staying under 1200 calories a day and of that means i blow the budget on some chocolate then so be it. as long a i stay under and in calorie deficit then i should still lose. want to loose 20 kg by august for Cyprus and at least 7 by Mid March for Disney Land
84.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can also increase your exercise and walk 10,000 steps so you don’t need to be as restrictive with calories! I was 64kg when I first started today 60.1 and I’ve been eating 1400-1500+ everyday!

I am behind a desk most days as a busy mum taxi i am not able to get out there. I also have a severe Achilles injury which makes it painful to walk. I cant swim either. Lol. So doing the low calorie thing until i can get back to running in my break times which i loved
