I really need to get on this site every day. I have had so much personal stress this year I can't seem to bounce back to a normal routine. I am way out of the loop with everything.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Stress can actually make you gain weight due to the increase in cortisol levels. Try and find ways to de-stress without reaching for food (difficult!!!). It's especially important now that the holidays are fast approaching!!
