Everything has been going most awesome, except for the fact that I am not keeping a good journal on here of what I eat... I have gone down in body fat; last measured last Tuesday during a Fit Camp class (it was the end of a 6-week period for most, but not me), but my weight is staying around the same. Hey, muscle weighs more than fat. My arms are looking very nice, and I can see that my stomach is going in as I can also feel my abs, both rectus and the obliques. My energy is through the roof, and I have been sleeping much better. I tend to eat well during the week, and then slide out for the weekend, but all-in-all, I think I am doing pretty well!
