My goal this month is to be 170 or under at the end of the month.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Yes, focusing on 5lbs a month makes it feel alot more feasible and keeps it realistic for me anyways.
