I was worried about sustained weight loss when I upped my daily caloric goal to 1650 (from 1500) but happy to report another 0.8lbs down since Wednesday last week! That's a total of 6.2lbs this month lost PLUS quite a bit of muscle gained in the gym. My next goal is to be under 170lb by next month.
79.0 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
