I went for a nice 1h run over lunch time.

Even though I had my bowl of cereal this morning, I am starving but I don't want to eat before 5:00pm

My legs are hurtn'
my tummy is growlin'
my thoughts are racin'
but ... my weight is drppin'
75.9 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 22.2 kg a Week
