No weight update today, just another few weeks I'll have to heal before I can go back running again.

The past 9 months have been rough on my health and every time I get started some other ailment comes along.

With 56, I'm way too young for this crap.

went for a 1.5h run this morning before work.

My knee is giving me a bit of trouble ATM but it's not bad.

TBH I am surprised that I have not sched more weight but then I am also enjoying my meals after 5:00pm following my OMAD
Thought I have to admit that there's have been days where I went back to normal eating habits

Just back from a 2h run. I am really happy that my knees no longer give me trouble or that my calf too has stopped hurting while running.

What I'm a bit surprised though is that my weight makes that big of swings within a two week period.

From 190 down to 180 and then back up to 186 and today at 182. Although it does not feel like I wasted 2 weeks ... it certainly looks that way.
