Slowly but surely I will get there. I can't understand why I loose my weight so slowly. 300g per week is the most. 🙄🙄
76.4 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The closer you get to your goal weight, the slower the weight comes off. I'm 3.6kg away from my goal and have accepted that 1kg a month is how it's going to be. Consistency is key - you'll get there 👊
