Not as much as I would have liked, but I didn't exactly have the best week this week either. work was very stressful, and I only barely made my workout targets. plus, I do have to admit that although I ate fairly clean, I did cheat a couple of times and could have done better. So overall, I'm going to consider this a win.
134.1 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
