Upper wisdom tooth out. Misery. And sick of only soft foods. Silver lining? Down 5 lbs in a week. Made some good choices, sherbert instead of ice cream, fat free pudding, sugar free jello, fat free yogurt and milk in smoothies with well-blended fruit in them. But I was sick to my stomach and hardly ate at all for a couple of days. Still can't chew much for a while. Tried pasta, that was good, I think I might be on the mend now. Will try to keep my tummy shrunk up after I can eat regular again. And am preparing how to avoid going back to my bad eating habits like junk at work.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
