unfortunately I only dropped 1.8 lb since last week which on top of the fact that I lost virtually nothing from the week before is a little bit of a disappointment but at least I'm still moving in the right direction.
134.9 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 35.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
