Doesn't seem right, but I am down 6 pounds in 7 days. Went to a bbq and ate 1 rib that had a minimal amount of bbq sauce on it and 2 deviled eggs that, come to find out, had balsamic and honey mustard in them. They were great, but didn't have any more once I learned what was in them. Luckily there were other foods to eat, shrimp and chicken and I brought cheese and beef polish sausage with less than 1g of carbs. Also, not drinking!!! Very tempting.
Going to an all weekend music event today (1pm-11pm) and tomorrow (noon to 8pm). I am going to be working the hot dog booth both days. Hurray for being able to eat hot dogs! However, the trade off is free PBRs and I man the booth for trade. Been doing this for years, will be the first summer not partaking. It will be tough, but I am tougher.
Love that I literally feel lighter after only 6 pounds!
