I went to the doctor today. My weight was at 320. Not happy! I'd love a quick fix, but I know there isn't one. I want to be healthy - not thin - just healthy. AND able to wear clothes from a normal rack. AND able to get in the floor and play with my grandchildren like my daddy, at 85, can do! So, I've committed to going back on WW and really give it a chance. In other words, really follow it! Missy gave me a prescription for phentermine to help curb my appetite! I do love bread and candy and cookies! But, I love myself more!! So, here goes! Baby steps!! One day at a time!
