Woohoo. First weekend of continuous healthy eating. Now to plan for success before the next round of class.. my dairy shows too many chips and salty snacks during periods of high stress. I should find a solution for that. Suggestions? Hope everyone has a great week!

Once we start recording everything it's very illuminating. A few snack ideas that I've seen on here are pork rinds for crunch, air popped popcorn with no oil but sprinkled with seasonings, rice cakes, fruits and veggies that are crunchy. If you can find StormsGirls' journal, she is a master at making very yummy treats that are healthy and low calorie. I hope that's helpful. Good luck! Sounds like you're going in the right direction.
