Oi.. I'm officially back on the counting program. Damn back.. I just want to stop hurting, so I can just let loose and exercise without worrying that I'll be in excruciating pain. I'm at the limit of comfortable in my pants and that at least gives me a constant reminder not to eat stupid stuff. Mostly its a not exercising enough thing, but I've been not sleeping enough, not drinking enough water and eating too many carbs and junky things.

Still, it seems I'm slowly getting better. Maybe exercising anyways will help more than keeping everything low key.

Well, I'm going to give some gentle aerobics a try and then do some good yoga and treat myself to jello afterwards.
