I didn't weigh in the last week because I felt like I didn't do very well at all...schedule was really crazy and didn't exactly get to eat like I have been...but finally decided I needed to see what damage I had done and was surprisingly shocked with a loss...so YAY for me..so goes to show I don't have to be so hard on myself and to keep at it.
