2 weeks of eliminating non-whole food carbs and lots of walking and biking dropped my weight 9.4 lbs. I realize at least half of that was likely water weight, so in actuality, I dropped 2.3 lbs per week. not bad!
138.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I want to say thank you for all the positive feedback. I always forget about the fact that the journal entries are actually out there for everyone to see! I feel like I'm just making notes to myself.
