Ok,I was beginning to feel like the progress was going too slow...but then I remembered to get out the tape measure. My waist is down an inch in a week. Sometimes I am too hard on myself. I carried groceries the other night with 8 pounds of sugar in it and man was it heavy...so when I think I have lost 66 pounds since the beginning of this journey it really is an accomplishment.
