I am glad to see my number is going down! And I am back to the lighter orange zone! I hope I can get out from the 120s zone by the end of this month. I am in those periods that women can lose weight easier than the other time, if you know what I mean. The "day" is coming soon, so I expect to see water retention and weight gain. If I maintaining of drinking enough water and doing workout, I may be able to just keep the current weight, without increasing it. Those are the days always challenges for many women.

I need to confess that I ate at 11 pm last night. The sudden schedule changes and irresponsible people upset me, and I missed to eat decent dinner. Why I need to ask and ask and ask again to adults? Why I need to babysit them? I wish I can ignore them, but they are a part of group project which will be my grade at college. I hate group projects.

Today's schedule is messed up due to an irresponsible group member. We ended up to have a meeting from 2 pm and stayed there till 6 pm. A lot of discussions, but did not accomplish the results we needed. This business project is really complicated with many different factors and need time to study and learn! I got a veggie sandwich there and ate a half of it. (I needed to record estimate amounts for lunch.) Another half will be my dinner. This sandwich, by the way, was super yummy. It had lettuce (it was suppose to be alfalfa sprout, but they ran out of it), roasted red bell pepper, fresh mozzarella cheese, avocado, and mango chutney. Mango chutney sounded dangerous, but I could not say "No" to it. Now, it is already 7 pm, and I need to do workout. It will be definitely after 8 pm for me to eat dinner. Crap!

As usual, The FIRM "Get Chisel'd" (GC) is still tough for me. "Cardio Overdrive" (CO) used to tough for me in early 2010, but I can now do all in high intensity position from the beginning to the end. I hope that doing GC also will be a little easier. The toughest parts are jumping lounges and push-up routines; probably push-ups are harder than lounges. I think my shoulders are getting strength back gradually though. Maybe I should restart "100 push-up" program from the next week...
