You might try first dropping the few Atkins bars you do have as well as the low-carb tortillas. Just to see how that might influence you. And, if you're still on medications, maybe talk to your doctor to see how they might be influencing your weight/weight loss.

Spolson - breaking my Diet Coke habit was one of the best things I ever did. I have learned to drink water (and that was hard for me). Try garnishing your water with a fat lemon slice if it helps.
