Nyobain defkal lagi, udh berjalan 4 hari, nge-cut 200 kkal ternyata msh bisa turun 😊 kukira sulit turun lg krn skrg olganya sering pake dumbel (jarang HIIT), kalo di mix sm defcal ya ttp bisa turun
