semangat walau hari ini tidak ada penurunan

menu hari ini :

pagi

kopi dengan unsalted butter + minyak kelapa

siang:
130gr steak dengan 40gr jamur
50gr tumis pare + teri medan

semoga ga terlalu banyak karbo
