What a horrible week! I don't know what's happened. I'm not doing anything different or wrong. I suspect perhaps it's hormones sabotaging me, but won't know for a few weeks. I miss my gradual loss and instead each day has been a few hundred grams yoyo, up and down, today with quite a big rise. I may give myself a full week break from keto on Friday, then go hard and fast from then. I will still be mindful of calories and things, but not so much everything else.
This plateu and slow gain is where I usually fail dieting and go back to not caring. Not this time, I'm determined to kick this. I had considered trying shakes for a week to really help jump start the ketosis, but I don't think I can do it. Those shakes are so gross!! I have an issue with textures and they are a big one!
