Weight loss has slowed (as expected) almost 2 weeks in and down 3.2kg! much better than I expected. I have had 2 cheat days but been great the rest, which for me is an improvement in any case. as soon as I get stressed I quit. I just need to get through the next few days shopping! shopping is now my biggest anxiety. no matter what I eat I gain (normally) and my kids can never make up their minds what they like. it costs me a fortune and then half goes to waste. I am about to chuck a full fridge of food that's gone off because it hasn't been eaten. diets are HARD work!! no wonder takeout is easier!
