Seems like whenever I do the program 100% I have the biggest weight loss. Wow! What a week!
I went shopping in my old clothes I've had in storage and was overwhelmed. I had 8 20-gallon rubber maid tubs of clothes and was able to empty them. Some of the clothes I haven't worn in 10 years.
Awesome!
I used to dress in some cute clothes if I do say so myself. And they are colorful. Since I've been so overweight I haven't felt good about myself and have worn only pastels and whites. Now I can be me again!
