Next week will be a challenge as I will be in Mexico all week working to help build an orphanage.

So I won't weigh in until Monday.

I have to remember to not put myself in situations where I can be tempted. I bought cookie dough for a fundraiser, I'm a sucker for kids selling stuff, and ate a lot of it before I threw it away. Then last Monday I was at a friends house to watch the Vikings play and I binged on popcorn with butter. Not good.

This weekend we have two potlucks with church. If I stick to just the healthy food I bring, I should be fine.

Why is it that church potlucks are always full of carbs? Do people really eat like this at home?

I think adding the extra swimming made a difference this week. Let's see next week. I'm still keeping on my Isagenix. No problems there.

When I see myself at 220 it scares me. I was watching the first episode of The Biggest Loser and their stories are so much like mine, bits and pieces that is. When they were talking about their body age versus their real age, yikes! I wonder what mine would be.

It was good to get into the water today. I haven't been in the water for over a month. But then again swimming isn't one of my most exciting exercise venues.

I thought I would be ravenous today since I exercised twice but I'm feeling good and in self control. That's what it's all about.

We shall see how my night goes.
