Well, rather disappointed in a 3.4 weight loss for my first serious week back on dieting to 1500 calories a day. I know everyone will say that 3lbs. is a good loss, but you know the feeling of sacrificing and wanting a greater loss. As I write this my satisfaction is increasing.
