I forgot to post on Tuesday like usual. :P~ It's shark week, I'm surprised I'm not retaining water like crazy. I've been getting crunk at the gym all week. Awww yeah.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
