I have been so inconsistent. I started using fatsecret two years ago, and I lost 5 pounds. Since then I have gone up and down (slightly). I trimmed down a little bit this past summer, because I was hiking a lot, but for the last few months I have been doing nothing. On top of that, I have been eating like a pig. It is sad looking at my calendar overview. After my first couple of months, I have an entry here and an entry there, no more than three days in a row. And I have skipped months at a time.
My goal for January, is to consistently journal my food and exercise EVERY DAY. I know I can do it!
