Not as pleased with my results today just because of course I would like to see a bigger drop but I know that any weight lost is a step in the right direction. It's just going to take me longer to get to where I want to be.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
