Hummm, since Jan 13 I am stuck around this weight.

I am feeling better, leaner, and have def more endurance, however I think I will try OMAD again for a few days, to see if I can break through this barrier.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
