I felt real good this morning and went out running for 2h straight.
I likely got the energy bolt from yesterday's new years dinner and some good sleep.
Also I decided to start taking some whey Proteine after exercise, which is going to add about 200cals/day. Fair enough if I keep up my daily exercise routine going forward.
Overall i am happy to have survived the holiday season, new years, 3 birthday parties and Chinese new year with only minimal weight gains.
