I'm kind of annoyed at the weight gain this week, however - the pictures don't lie and my body is changing. I didn't lose any inches, but the composition of my body is definitely improving. It was my brother's birthday this weekend, but I kept things pretty under control. I didn't go apeshit on food or drinks (I didn't have any drinks, actually), but I did allow myself to eat whatever I wanted at sushi on Sunday. White rice = carb central. I've made gains this week at the gym and I feel stronger, so it's gotta be muscle and probably water weight from eating salty food this weekend. It's all good. I'll keep on truckin and be extra vigilant this week.
