I had to run errands around noon today, but it was so hot! Now I remember how much I dislike the summer in here, It just exhausts me, and my energy drains out.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
