Totally stressful week. I did not do workout although I promised to myself to start over again. My weight change is mainly due to forget eating. When life faces to very stressful time, there are so many things to tackle down and not much consideration of workout or eating.

All problems has to be solved, but they don't need to be by today or tomorrow. I still need to take care of myself. If my health fails, that would cause much more bigger problem.


I have been thinking about the relationship of Synthroid, my thyroid medicine, and drinking coffee in the morning. Waiting one hour to eat/drink after taking pill in the morning is very hard thing to do. I found some people take meds before going bed! That is the great idea! Why I had never thought about it! As long as my stomach is empty before going bed, it should work. Moreover, this would be a good reason not to eat before going bed. Then in the morning, I can eat and drink right away after I wake up! I should try this.
