Good Morning Everyone, Lost a little more this morning. I thought I would faint seeing the 196. Sure made getting up worth it. I ate a lot of healthy fat yesterday and I was scared to get on the scales. I'm sooo glad I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
89.3 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
