I know, I know- .4 is not a big deal. But I still don't like it. It is about time for my monthly visitor, though, so I should not be surprised by a little gain like that. I have worked my butt off this week, though- ran 5 miles Sunday, an hour of Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown on Monday, Stroller Strides Tuesday, and ran 4 miles yesterday morning. So, if I keep it up like that, when my period is over, I will probably see a drop on the scale next week. We'll see. :)
61.6 kg Lost so far: 29.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I'm going through the same woe right now. I put on 1 lb since yesterday. It's just not a good feeling. I'm hoping to see a drop in weight in a week or so too. BTW - You're a true inspiration! Congrats on your awesome weight loss.
