It is so frustrating that I'm am not taking in any extra or unacceptable carbs, I'm working out - weights & cardio, am I'm not losing weight or inches. :(
90.3 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week


Comments 
Check your protein intake isn't too high. Sometimes it creeps up and that can stop weight loss. Increase fat, decrease protein a little and see if that gets you back on track :-)
