Weighed in for my PT test this morning at 149 after the pushups, situps and the run. Wore IPFU, no shoes, soaking wet from the rain.

I'm motivated again :-)

67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
