OK, fun time is over. Spent a week in Portugal- the food was very healthy but the wine... oh the wine (and pastries). On a bright note, upped my max bench to 315 for 2 solid reps. Not too bad for a 51 year old (but 70lbs less than my all time max).
90.4 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
