Hola, Fat-Secreters....I am still fasting today.....didn't eat off-limit foods yesterday....I went to the gym yesterday and here's my exercise....My daughter and I are going back to the gym to do weight training tonight (YAY)

5.2 MPH---Increased my speed a little gang! I did have to slow down for a few minutes because my back started to hurt...lol
