HEADING THE WRONG DIRECTION!! Depression is a KILLER for dieting & exercise efforts. No matter how well I THINK I'm doing, the scale says otherwise!! Starting therapy on Thursday. Hope it helps!

Getting BACK on my under-the-desk cycle. I've already pedaled for 40 minutes by 1:30pm. I'm HOPING to hit 60 minutes MINIMUM for the day & EVERYDAY.....again. I WAS doing it daily while I work but quit for a while. NAUGHTY, NAUGHTY!!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Yes, it is. But a healthy diet and exercise might help the depression a little, so maybe try and make baby steps in the right direction. Also, look up a book called "Becks Diet Solution" on Amazon. It's a book that helps you change the way you think about food and your behaviors. It might also help (or check local library). And good luck in therapy! It's really helped my daughter.
