Good morning, all! I will post yesterday's exercise a little later this morning....My weight went down a little...I got to break the 140lb curse! I ate some chocolate cake last night that hubby brought from his job's catered lunch...not a super big piece (medium piece) , but I did eat it... I feel a little bad because I'm doing the no sugar challenge, but I'm still not defeated...Will be going back to the gym tonight
